Nudge Security, Hexagon and Vecna Robotics announced technologies and upgrades prioritizing AI governance, monitoring and hands-free case picking.

Nudge Security

Nudge Security launched its new AI agent discovery capabilities that give security teams the ability to find, assess and govern AI agents as employees deploy them. The capabilities can discover agents across agentic platforms such as Microsoft Copilot Studio, Salesforce Agentforce and n8n.

They can also provide inventory for agent permissions, resources and capabilities and enforce AI agent guardrails to remediate risks.

The technology can surface agentic risks through prioritized risk insights and security posture findings that flag publicly accessible agents, hardcoded credentials, unauthenticated MCP connections, high-risk integrations and orphaned agents.

Hexagon

Hexagon’s Manufacturing Intelligence division announced an upgraded version of PULSE, its real-time environmental monitoring software for coordinate measuring machine (CMM) environments. Hexagon engineersdesigned the updates to improve measurement quality and reliability.

The updates enable continuous visibility into environmental conditions, including temperature, humidity, vibration, shock and probe deflection through hardware and platform upgrades.

PULSE now includes native integration with automation and factory systems so users can standardize data from PLCs, MES platforms, dashboards and automation software without specialized IT integration.

Other upgrades include: improved probe deflection awareness, expanded integration into third-party systems, and broader CMM compatibility, allowing deployment across all Hexagon CMMs and mixed-fleet environments.

Vecna Robotics

Vecna Robotics’ CaseFlow Voice technology embeds Lucas Systems’ Jennifer voice capabilities into case picking workflows to enable hands-free operations.

CaseFlow Voice supports voice and handheld interfaces and adapts to warehouse conditions, orchestrating pallet-handling robots such as Vecna CPJ Co-bot Pallet Jack and human workers in real time.

Workers can receive instructions and confirm tasks through voice commands, potentially reducing reliance on handheld devices while preserving flexibility. Hands-free picking can also improve safety by allowing workers to focus on tasks while voice-guided workflows accelerate onboarding and reduce training time for new employees, according to Vecna.
