Banner Engineering announced the release of the Banner Connected Data Solutions cloud-software platform for IIoT applications.
The release of the software platform is the most recent extension of the company’s IIoT offerings. Paired with Banner’s existing wireless and sensor product portfolio, the new software creates a complete, end-to-end IIoT solution—from edge device to cloud.

The new software allows users to easily and securely transmit data from connected devices to the cloud and immediately use that data to solve everyday challenges—from monitoring the productivity and efficiency of your factory to predicting machine-maintenance requirements. Analytics and visualization tools provide actionable insight into operational and machine performance and help users make data-driven decisions.
The Connected Data Solutions Platform enables remote monitoring at any time from an internet-connected Banner gateway. Users can receive instant email or SMS notifications for important alerts, which allows users to save time and costs by diagnosing systems quickly. In addition, users can store and download data for long-term analysis to inform process improvements, optimize machine maintenance schedules and more.
