Susan Burtch is lead commercial portfolio manager for visualization software at Rockwell Automation. Burtch is an HMI veteran and is a key team member in Rockwell’s software and control business. She helps set the direction of the visualization portfolio and helps oversee the ways the company goes to market with its products. Her primary focus is understanding Rockwell’s customers and addressing their needs.
